Arts and Crafts Vendor Information
Dear Artisan or Craftsperson:
The Arts and Crafts committee are excited to have you join us. In addition to arts and crafts, our festival also features two days of entertainment for all ages on three performance stages. During the weekend, hundreds of people throughout the region come to enjoy food, music, kids fun, and they love to SHOP!
The Willow Tree Festival has become a popular venue for artists and craft folks from a wide area. Please fill out the form with your information and mail it with a postmark no later than May 10, 2023 to the address on the form. You may also scan and email it to info@willowtreefestival.com. For those of you who received a letter from us this year, if we do not hear back we will assume you are not planning to attend.
All crafts must be homemade. No commercial items will be allowed. No toy guns of any kind (rubber band or marshmallow, etc). The Willow Tree Festival has limited booth space; 6 spaces available inside the auditorium basement (these include 2 tables provided) and 55 tent-covered booths are available outside in the park. Outside spaces are 10’x10’. Booths are $75.00 if you have your own tent, $100.00 if we furnish our tent. Please do not send in your fee until you receive a letter in July with more information to fill out for final confirmation.
Camping in the park by your booth is not allowed this year. Outside the gates we will allow camping by the swimming pool park. ABSOLUTELY NO DOGS UNLESS IT IS A SERVICE DOG.
We look forward to hearing from all our past vendors and to meeting new ones. There is motel/campsite information below.
Thanks so much,
Joanie Burleigh, Richae Malara, and Kim Bostock
