Food Vendor Information
Dear Potential Food Vendor:
The Food Vendor committee is excited to have you join us. Our festival features two days of entertainment for all ages on three performance stages. During the weekend, hundreds of people throughout the region come to enjoy shopping, music, kids fun, and they love to EAT!
The Willow Tree Festival has become a popular venue for vendors of all types of food from a wide area. Some vendors bring their own food trucks, while others rent a booth from us. Electricity is available for all booths. Our goal is that each food booth has different menu items. Income from booths vary widely, but we do not collect fees or commissions above the vendor fee charged. We encourage you to start planning as soon as possible because it is difficult to make last-minute changes. Tables can be rented from the Willow Tree Board.

Camping in the park by your booth is not allowed this year. Outside the gates we will allow camping by the swimming pool park. ABSOLUTELY NO DOGS UNLESS IT IS A SERVICE DOG.
We look forward to hearing from all our past vendors and to meeting new ones. There is motel/campsite information below.
